1. Who provides the service

2. What Nurvan is
Nurvan is an app for organising training, nutrition and progress, on your own or with a coach. It offers optional artificial intelligence features (Coach AI, importing programs from files, recognition of meals and labels).
3. It is not medical advice
Nurvan is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, therapies or medical advice. Estimates, statistics and suggestions, including those generated by artificial intelligence, may be inaccurate or wrong. Before starting or changing a training program or a diet, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, are undergoing therapy or have injuries, consult a doctor. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, feel unwell or notice unusual symptoms.
4. Account
- To use Nurvan you must be at least years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens with your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and write to us.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings › Privacy and data) or by following the deletion procedure.
5. Coaches and athletes
If you use Nurvan as a coach, you are responsible for the relationship with your athletes and for the processing of their data for your own purposes: you must inform them and have a valid legal basis, including for health data. The guidance you give your athletes remains under your professional responsibility. If you delete your account, the athlete accounts you created are deleted as well.
If you use Nurvan as an athlete invited by a coach, the coach sees the data the app shares with them and can revoke your access.
6. Your content
The data and content you enter remain yours. You authorise us to store and process them only to provide you with the service, as described in the privacy notice. Do not upload content that is unlawful or to which you do not hold the rights, or other people's data without their consent.
7. Proper use
Do not use Nurvan to break the law, do not attempt to access other people's accounts or data, do not circumvent technical or usage limits, do not use automated systems to overload the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, notifying you where possible.
8. Paid plans
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, duration and renewal are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are also subject to the store's conditions, including managing and cancelling automatic renewal from the store's settings.
9. Service availability
We do what we can to keep Nurvan running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it: there may be maintenance, faults or changes to features. We recommend that you export your data periodically (Settings › Privacy and data › Export my data).
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the app other than as intended, from training or nutrition decisions taken without professional advice, or from service interruptions not attributable to us. This does not affect the rights the law grants to consumers or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Changes to the terms
If we change these terms we update the date and the version at the top and, for significant changes, we ask you to accept them again in the app. If you do not accept them you can delete your account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the court of the place where you reside retains jurisdiction and the mandatory rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
